That the accused above named respectfully submits his written statement as
under:-
Preliminary legal Objections:-

(a) That under the facts and circumstances of the matter the complainant has no
cause of action to file the instant complain, as such the same is liable to dismissed.

(b) That the complainant intentionally and Malafidely stating false story.

(c) That it is a case of no evidence and in absence of any proof or evidence

regarding allegations of the complainant hence the instant complaint is not
maintainable.
(d) That the contents of all paras of the complaint have been read over and
explained to vehemently deny all the averments made therein being false,
concocted, fabricated, frivolous, misconceived and vexatious, which are contrary
to this stand and not specifically admitted by him.

unavailability of relevant proves while he remain
in the dark about the severity and nature of
allegations against him - this seems to be like a
criminal trap set against the accused.

On 4th of October 2018, lawyer of accused went

to FIA Rawalpindi from Karachi by Air, to
appear on behalf of his client. Some of the details
were shared with him but without any
documentary evidence. The whole meeting was
October 2018

provided to the lawyer of the accused during his
one day trip to Rawalpindi from Karachi

All facts of fake complaint are as under: -

1. That the accused is a law-abiding citizen and active taxpayer of Pakistan,
running a well reputed HR risk management company for last 12 years
having its operational base in Karachi and HQ based in Singapore. His
company is providing employment opportunities to more than 60
Pakistani family bread earners in Karachi office alone. He is Encase
Certified Digital Forensics expert, having 15 years of International
experience in countering cyberthreats and mitigating e-fraud risks for
public and private sectors in Hong Kong and Singapore. Snapshot of his
media interviews to CNN, Washington Post and Yahoo are attached as
example of seriousness of this matter

2. That the accused and his employees were victimized and harassed by the
complainant and his family members from 2016 because one employees
Syeda Mehvish Ali now known as Mehvish Mumtaz. The accused and
his business faced severe harassment and his character was assassinated
and got him involved in litigating without any evidence to damage him
completely from all sides. The accused is facing vendetta for not
accepting to illegal demands of the complainant and took a stand on the
matter of not ending employment contract of Mehvish based on such
personal grounds. Please refer to the above timeline and documents
attached herewith in annexures.

3. Here are the facts and summarized details to prove that the life of accused
got serious threats from the complainant and his family members who are
doing everything possible to destroy accused:

i. Malicious letter leveling fake allegations on accused was

distributed among his company employee and family members
using whatsapp and emails contacts with mala fide intent to
damage accused credibility and hurt reputation of his business.

ii. A fake FIR was registered against the accused in January 2017
by the complainant with serious charges of assault, kidnapping
and robbery. The matter was investigated by Police and found
no evicide in support of that FIR. The honorable court acquitted
accused and dismissed the case – This is a truthful fact that the

 complainant register a false FIR to seriously damage the
accused. This is life threatening situation for the accused.

iii. Accused’s licensed weapons were taken off by force and then
were never returned. As family members of accused were in
talks with complainant and his family the matter was not
reported to the police but things were delayed deliberately by
complainant and no weapon or their compensation was provided
to the accused. After waiting for long, now when the accused
contacted Mehvish and asked for his weapons, this FIA inquiry
was initiated to stop accused from regstring FIR against Mehvish
and the complainant in case the complainant failed to return
licenced weapons in given time which is evident by many
documents annexed in this timeline.

4. The accused has been acquitted with honor in the fake FIR case and in all
complaints against him and the FIR was proven fake that demonstrated
the complainant’s mala fide intentions and misuse of their contacts in
Police for illegal purpose.

5. The complainant is trying to get a new FIR registered on the accused by

leveling false allegations. To simply put, the complainant lied and used
his contacts in Karachi police to register fake FIR against the accused and
now once again same people using FIA against the accused without any
evidence just to harass accused and his family and keep damaging his
business this way.

6. The first inquiry attendance order from FIA was sent on the name of the
accused ex-wife Norren Danish because the number Danish was using for
last 5 years was registered on his wife Norren’s CNIC However that

 number was blocked by Noreen in February 2018 when court granted her
Khula. This mistake was corrected by the AD in next letter as the next
letter arrived on accused name but sent directly from the Additional
Director not I/O. However this mistake itself brings doubt on the merit of
such a complaint as per the guidelines laid down in the FIA Standing
Order 01/2018 for verifications proceedings of such complaints.

7. There is sufficient evidence provided in this written statement to prove the

mala fide intentions of the complainant. It should be taken into
consideration the way complainant is abusing his contacts in Police and
FIA against accused his family and his company staff and help the accused
to put a stop to this ongoing vendetta and harassment.
8. Why Mehvish is going against the accused who helped her to sustain that
time period when she was left alone by her family - then getting divorced
was the only reason she came in the life of the accused by conspiring for
her vested interests she destroyed social and professional life of a natural
person and keep on trying more destruction to completely finish him off.
9. Mehvish is a drug addict – she has been administered by the Dost
Foundation Peshawer where she was remain admitted to come out of
drugs affects – refer to annexure 16. Drug users are habitual liars may be
that is why there is lack of substantial documentary evidence against the
accused in this enquiry no. 154/2018 because it’s a work of fiction from a
mind of a drug addict.
10. Taking out CDR by illegal means, tracking location and traveling history
to harass the accused was actually done by complainant and his family
and all evidences are attached in this written statement as well, then why
accused is being blamed for the same now?

11. Accused have proved that he has not hacked any facebook or gmail ID and it is
fabricated to involve the accused in this matter illegally.
12. That the all-important document that show that the accused was not involved in any
cyber-crime are submitted along with this written statement , it is supported to the
accused version and declare him not guilty.

There was a plan to abduct Danish Thanvi and beat him to create a hostile pressure on the company and his
family which will lead to paralyzing of his business and personal life and ultimately the perpetrators will get
their ill-will achieved. In this call the complainant is saying he got some contacts in Military Intelligence
Karachi who can help in getting Danish abducted.

❖ Her cell phone is rooted which is used for modeted games and apps.
❖ She has invested in Meezan Bank by selling her gold where she took one policy which is on the name
of both of us.
❖ In case if anything happens to her then I will be the next of kin. I don't know what will happen in case
of Khula. Probably in that case I will be eligible to claim that investment. I don't want money.
❖ I just want that they should have less funds so that they suffer.

Circulation of the Letter and blackmailing

This letter was circulated by the following mediums:

1. Hand Delivered the letter at BCG Office
2. Emailing the letter with the attachments to the employee official IDs
3. Sending whatsapp images to almost 300 of BCG current and former employees on their
personal cell numbers – this data was acquired by illegal means –

On December 22, 2016, a person delivered 15 letters by hand at BCG Office addressed to the
employees. Group CEO also received a whatsapp message that a Birthday Gift is waiting for him
in the office, which later turned out to be this letter, sent to damage the reputation of BCG
Management in the eyes of their employees. The messages exchanged are presented in the
screenshots given below:

The letter was sent to almost 300 employees (Current & former) by hand, through email and also
by the whatsapp message using the number 0341-2699404. The name and designation of the
employees is mentioned in the Annexure. This is the reason various people claiming from
agencies keep asking for employee details, for this illegal and criminal act
