Coca Cola in New Zealand manufactures and sells a range of drinks.
The company has a plan to introduce some changes to their products.
“Choice and information is at the heart of our business. If people want
great taste without sugar and kilojoules, we have the drinks to meet that
need.
We have made good progress, but know we can do more. This is why we
are developing ambitious new actions for the years ahead. Key among
these is the commitment to increase availability of smaller size packages,
to offer lower sugar and kilojoule beverages options, and to increase the
access of transparent nutrition information”

Establishment (PTE) in Auckland, New Zealand. As a part of senior
management, you always take part in strategic and risk management
exercise conducted by senior management for the efficient and effective
performance of the organisation. For the next senior management
meeting, CEO of the company asked all the managers to suggest
strategies to cope with the following challenges proposed by the current
changes in New Zealand:

wished to form a close bicultural partnership with a Maori education
organisation to encourage more Maori and Pacifica students to enrol at
the PTE, explain some of the changes which would need to be considered
under the Treaty of Waitangi.
Discuss how the three Treaty principles of partnership, protection, and
participation in the workplace would need to be addressed.
