STARTUP CHECK LIST Facility Startup Procedure:

1 MCC Main and Standby supplies are normal.
2 DC Voltage supply system is normal.
3 Atomizing Air Compressor 6.6 kV Breaker racked in.
4 SFC 6.6 kV Breaker racked in.
5 SFC no alarm, reset if required.
6 Excitation system reset.
7 Fuel Gas Water Bath Heater is in service.
8 Fuel Gas system is line up.
9 Fuel Gas temperature normal more than 30 oC.
10 Fuel Gas pressure normal more than 30 bar.
11 Fuel Gas startup heater selected on remote.
12 Liquid Fuel Forwarding pump is in service.
13 Lube oil system is in service and lube oil temperature > 38 oC
14 DC Lube oil pump selected on Auto.
15 GT turning gear in operation > 24 hrs.
16 All Motor Breakers at MCC are ON and selected on Auto.
17 All Motors are selected lead/lag from HMI
18 Spark plugs power supply breaker is ON.
19 Flame detectors power supply breaker is ON.
20 Flame detectors cooling water supply normal.
21 IBH Manual isolation valve open.
22 Bleed valves operating air valve open.
23 False start drain valves operating air valve open.
24 False start drains diverting valves are towards oil tank.
25 Inlet plenum drain valve in close position.
26 Combustors False start drain isolation valve in close position.
27 All compartments doors are in close position.
28 Exhaust plenum drain valve in close position.
29 Exhaust plenum manhole cover in close position.
30 All transmitters are line up.
31 Cooling water system available and line up.
32 Auxiliary Instrument Air Compressor in service.
33 Filter cleaning system ready and manual valve open.
34 Fire Protection system enabled and no alarm.
35 Hazardous Gas detection system enabled and no alarm.
36 Emergency stop push buttons are released.
37 HRSG manhole covers are closed.
38 HP Drum Emergency drain MOV isolation valve is open.
39 HP Drum Intermittent drain MOV isolation valve is open.
40 HP Drum Continuous blow down MOV isolation valve is open.
41 LP Drum Emergency drain MOV isolation valve is open.
42 LP Drum Intermittent drain MOV isolation valve is open.
43 LP Drum Continuous blow down MOV isolation valve is open.
44 DA Drum Emergency drain MOV isolation valve is open.
45 DA Drum Intermittent drain MOV isolation valve is open.
46 All breakers at HRSG MCC are racked in and in ON position.
47 HP Feed water pumps 6.6 kV breakers are racked in.
48 HP Feed water pumps selected on remote.
49 HP and LP Feed water pumps are lined up.
50 HP Feed water pumps minimum flow isolation valves open.
51 Cooling water for HP Feed water pumps lined up.
52 HP Feed water pumps Emergency stop push buttons released.
53 LP Feed water pumps minimum flow isolation valves open.
54 Pre-heater recirculation pumps are lined up.
55 Cooling water for Pre-heater recirculation pumps lined up.
