1. Original & Photocopy of provisional admission letter (containing seat allotment
detail & fee detail) from WBJEEB (Reporting Centre).
2. 2 nos. Photocopies (Self Attested) of Admit Card of Class-10, as Age Proof .
3. 2 nos. Photocopies (Self Attested) of Mark sheets of Class-10 & 10+2.
4. 2 nos. Photocopies (Self Attested) of Caste Certificate (If applicable).
5. 2 nos. Photocopies (Self Attested) of Admit Card of WBJEE/JEE MAINS.
6. 2 nos. Photocopies (Self Attested) of Rank Card of WBJEE/JEE MAINS.
7. 2 nos. Photocopies (Self Attested) of Character-Cum-School Leaving Certificate.
8. 2 nos. Photocopies (Self Attested) of Aadhaar Card
9. Photocopy of Parents Income Proof Certificate duly attested.
10. 4 nos. of Passport size recent color photographs.
N.B. : PLEASE BRING ALL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION

FEES TO BE SUBMITTED DURING ADMISSION


1. Demand Draft of Rs. 60,700/- (Without Hostel), to be drawn in favour of “Haldia
Institute of Technology” payable at Haldia.
2. Demand Draft of Rs. 77,700/- (With Hostel), to be drawn in favour of “Haldia
Institute of Technology” payable at Haldia.
TFW STUDENT : FEES TO BE SUBMITTED DURING ADMISSION
1. Demand Draft of Rs. 22,700/- (Without Hostel), to be drawn in favour of “Haldia
Institute of Technology” payable at Haldia.
2. Demand Draft of Rs. 39,700/- (With Hostel), to be drawn in favour of “Haldia
Institute of Technology” payable at Haldia.
PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE AFFIDAVIT BY STUDENTS/PARENTS/GUARDIANS
1. Online Affidavit by Student.
2. Online Affidavit by Parent/Guardian.

SITES AND FILL IT UP WITH REQUIRED DETAILS.
 DULY SIGNED PRINT COPIES ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE INSTITUTE, POSITIVELY,
DURING ADMISSION FROM 04-07-2019 TO 20-07-2019 (10 AM to 5 PM).

IN CASE OF AFFIDAVITS TO BE DONE IN THE INSTITUTE, FOLLOWING
GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED.
1) Students should come to the Institute alongwith Parents/Guardians, positively.
2) For Online affidavit, students, Parents/Guardians must have valid Email ID
AND Contact numbers/Landline phone.

 Fees may be increased subject to revision by the Govt. of West Bengal/Fess Structure
Committee.
