CERTIFICATE OF STRUCTURAL STABILITY

Date : February 12, 2019

I hereby certify that I had inspected the above referred structure with a
view to ascertain the Structural Stability of the building. The structural
elements inspected included foundations, columns, beams & slabs at each
floor.

The observations have been recorded as per the Structural Audit Format
as enclosed herewith. I have also gone through the Structural drawings
available for the existing structure/s and have gone through the actual
calculations and prepared our own calculations to test the stability of the
structure.

This is to certify that based on the structural computation/analysis as


attached herewith, the proposed structural design of the Four (4) - Storey
w/ Roof deck with the area of 7,842.43 sq.m., owned by LIBERTY FLOUR
MILLS, INC. located at 528 Blumentritt Extension, Mandaluyong City
is found to be Sound, Safe, Stable and Economical in accordance
with the requirements and provision of the National Building Code of the
Philippines.

It is assumed that the said structure was built in accordance


to engineering design and specification and duly supervised by a licensed
civil/structural engineer.

This certification is issued upon the request of the owner for the Renewal
of Business License Permit.
