ICF Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) Invitation

Dear Cristina Nastasescu:

As a part of the credentialing process you are required to successfully complete the ICF Coach
Knowledge Assessment.  This assessment is a multiple choice test that you will complete using the
internet based testing platform hosted by ICF partner Prometric.  This test invitation is active for the
next 60 days and you may select anytime within this period to complete your test.   This test
invitation can only be used for one testing session.

Once you start the test there is a three hour time limit for completion so be sure to start at a time
that will allow you to complete the test.  Make sure you are using a reliable internet connection and
that you follow all requirements for your web browser. Cookies and javascript must be enabled on
your web browser. This test will be delivered in kiosk mode means that no other tabs or windows can
be open in your browser while you are taking the test. Please be sure that your ‘pop up blocker’ is
turned off for the exam so that you are able to view the exam window that populates in a ‘pop up’
window.  If you are using Google Chrome to complete the CKA, please make sure the auto
translate function is turned off.

Please follow these steps to begin your test:

Click on the following link to access the testing platform: https://tcnet.prometric.com/ICF

1. At the “Welcome to Prometric TC Net”


2. At the “Sign-in” screen, sign in using the following Username and Password:

Username:  nastacri

Password: AccACSTH541

(Please note that this password is case-sensitive and must be typed into the box)

3. You will be directed to change your password.

4. Read the “News and Information” page and highlight “Candidate”  and click on
“Take Test” (It is in the upper left corner)

5. click on “Take a Test”


6. At the page “Select Test” click on the “Submit” button
7. At the page “Select a Test” Locate the appropriate language from the Test Inventory, that
you wish to take (e.g. “ICF Coach Knowledge Assessment- English”)
8. Once you have the appropriate test highlighted, click “Take Test”

9. At this page “Confirm Test Selection”, Click “Take this Test!”


10. At the “Information” page please be sure and read all information and click on “Begin Test”

to start your test (Please note that clicking will begin your three hour time limit
for completing this exam.)
11. Please note, if you would like to review previous questions, click on the “Previous” button,
not the browsers back button. If you choose the “Summary” button it will provide you with
the questions in a numbered sequence and on the right hand side of each question, it will
display if you have answered the question or not. If you see that it says “Take Question” that
means that the question has not been answered. The exam is not complete until the “End

Test” button  has been clicked.

Results of your test will be communicated to you by ICF Credentialing as soon as they have been
reviewed.  Please allow up to one week for this review process.
