Survey on the Perception of Public on Free of Plastic (FoP) Issue

Government of Malaysia under Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry generally and
Selangor State Government especially took an initiative to minimize the use of plastic bags/containers. By
launching “No Plastic Bags Day” campaigns throughout the state, the Selangor State Government is trying
to educate consumers about the problem of plastic waste and towards Go Green campaign. Therefore,
this survey is meant to get response and acceptance of public towards this Free of Plastic campaign. I
sincerely hope that you could spare a minute to respond to this survey, so that I could reflect your valuable
