b) The average number of telephone calls arriving at a small telephone exchange has a Poisson

c) Mr. Fadhili's reading class can read a mean of 175 words per minute with a standard deviation of 20

b) The number of breakdowns per day, Y, of the machine in a small factory has a Poisson distribution
with the mean 0.2. Find the probability that on a particular day there,
