15’ - Checking homework and revising vocabulary from lesson 1:
greetings, introducing themselves: name, nationalities
(masculine, feminine), age (numbers).
15’ - Introducing jobs by using images, students recognize and
match images with words. Learning about forming masculine
and feminine forms of jobs. Students say what job they have,
and then they introduce themselves again: name, nationality,
age, profession.
15’ - Learning how to conjugate the verbs: ser, tener, llamarse,
doing exercises with all students. Getting familiar with
personal pronouns, reading texts and writing short
sentences. Learning about types of verbs (-ar, -er, -ir).
15’ - Introducing vocabulary related to the classroom: book,
board, notebook, desk, etc. Practicing the vocabulary by
utilizing the expressions: ¿como se llama esto?, ¿como se
dice esto en Espanol?, etc.
15’ - Speaking about your colleagues, conjugating the verbs ser,
tener, llamarse. Working in pairs and talking about
colleagues.
15’ - Learning how to talk about activities that students do in their
free time. Asking about hobbies and giving answers.
