degraded mode when one FMGC fails:

→ When the FM software cannot work properly, it
automatically resets itself:
• Minor reset:
- One single reset lasts 3 sec maximum
• Major reset:
- Several recurrent resets during 1 min. - Memories are
cleared loss of F-PLN, GW, CI, CRZ FL, etc...
> A resynchronization (25 sec) with the other FM
always occurs after an FM reset
While a RESET or a RESYNCH occurs:
MAP NOT AVAIL
MCDU reverts to A/C STATUS page.
Autotuning of NAVAIDS is lost.
