Product description

Appearance
White smooth powdered product, odorless, with neutral flavor and good cold solubility.

Characteristics
Semi-finished product in powder not containing fats nor emulsifiers, but purely natural ingredients only, studied for the preparation of
base mixes for fruit gelato by both warm and cold processing. Its neutral flavor enhances the added flavours, particularly when using
fresh and / or frozen fruit. The product does not contain dairy products, so it is particularly suitable to prepare, with the addition of water,
fruit gelato also for people who suffer from lactose intolerance. It provides a fine and satiny texture, with good preservation over time.

Vegetal fibre, malt dextrines, starch, stabilizer: tara gum; vegetal proteins.

Dose and use instructions

50-60 g of product, 230-270 g of total sugar, 1 liter of water.


Cold processing: it is recommended to let the mix rest for about 30 minutes.
Warm processing: we recommend the low pasteurization (65 ° C).

Storage

The product, stored in the original sealed container, in a cool and dry place, will keep its original features unchanged for at least 24
months since the production date. The "best before" term is printed on each package.
