Product description

Appearance
Smooth, white-coloured powder with a pleasant taste and neutral smell.

Characteristics
Powdered semifinished product to emulsify the mix fats. Neutral taste.

Dose and use instructions

5-7 g per liter of milk/water.

Use it hot (over 60°C) with full thermal cycle.


It is advisable to also use it in fatty base mixes made with other mixes by Prodotti STELLA with a dose of 2-4 g per liter of milk.

Storage

The product, stored in the original sealed container, in a cool and dry place, will keep its original features unchanged for at least 5 years
since the production date. The "best before" term is printed on each package.
