CANDIDATE 1: My profile is as a secretary, I have been working for the mayor of Puerto
Boyacá for 12 years in the área of the government secretary.
CANDIDATE 2: My profile is technical in systems, in this I have 1 years of experience
which I practiced in the mayor of Puerto Boyacá.
THE EMPLOYER: Why are you interested in the job?
CANDIDATE 1: Because they have told me very well about him and I think I can
contribute and learn a lot.
CANDIDATE 2: Beacuse I want to improve a Little as a person, and thus I will be able to
improve even more in my profession.

CANDIDATE 1: Yes, I like it, and it’s very important
CANDIDATE 2: Yes, because I like to share with coworkers to learn and improve more.

CANDIDATE 2: It is to be creative, love to learn more, have a good person, and work as a
