Introduce the PDP setti ng:

As a student in High college of technology studying education for early childhood have been a trainee teacher for

more than three years, I have been improving my teaching technique every time I go for training in school with different

teachers and different school such as private school and government schools. I learned so many skills from my MSTs how

to control the classroom and what are the strategies I can use while I’m holding the class as a teacher. “A professional

development plan documents the goals, required skill and competency development, and objectives a staff member will

need to accomplish in order to support continuous improvement and career development” [ CITATION Pro20 \l 1033 ] .

Justify your professional development goals for this semester.

It is important for any achievement person is to make for their self a professional plan because it will help them to

manage their professional. For example, PDP will effect on the teacher’s teaching style and it will help her to have a

professional classroom.
There are three goals I will be focus this term to develop while I’m in the school This term I will be a teacher in

Ajman academy school in Ajman and I will teach fifty presents of teacher’s work every day in school such as lessons,

duties, activities, assessments.

Teacher should be aware about their development because they are in the stage of being a leader for the students and she

have to be a role model for them.

I will be focused more in my professional development I planned to develop in last semester 6 which are I saw that

I have to develop from my MST’s and MCT’s feedback. The thee goals I will develop in this semester are students

transition activities and classroom management behavior. I’m going to observe my MST’s class at the first hour and will

try to do my first lesson in the first day to let myself involve in the classroom and develop my relationship with the

students.

The three goals are; develop classroom management, use different style of transition and Implement assessment

strategy for each week. I choose these three goals because they are my weakness in teaching and if I develop these goals,

I will have a professional classroom.
