some

We all need an inspiration in our lives. There is a great chance that someone who is living a life that you
want to live or someone who has achieved something that you want to achieve will inspire you. We get
motivated and we always try to follow them. Most of the times, personality traits also inspire us.
Sometimes, the looks and sometimes even the routine. Those influencers have an explicit impact on our
lives. No two minds are exactly the same so likewise we all have different charms.

Being fit is what we all desire, isn’t it?

You are scrolling through your Instagram and you paused for a minute as you see a handsome lad with
his perfectly shaped body, working out in a gym. He is all pumped up and drenching in sweat as he does
another push up. You are inspired by his looks, by his fitness and by his shape. Admiring him just in a
minute and you know that is want you want. A perfectly shaped body with all those abs and cuts. But
wait, that’s not a walk in the park. It takes a lot of effort and determination to reach where that man is.

Oh! I am so tired, It was such a tough day, It’s so good here in my room, the bed feels more comfy with
Netflix and the snacks. These are all those excuses that you have to surpass to take that first step. Our
comfort zone is a barrier which refrains us from doing or even starting many tasks. It’s always hard to
take the first step but believe, it’s so worth it.

You’ve promised that this year will be different. This will be your year. You’ll workout daily, you’ll lose 25
pounds, you'll wear your favorite jeans again but here you are, still finding motivation to go to that gym
near your home? We believe, you will.

Reading this article is the first step to go-get-it. You want to kill that lazy soul inside and just stop
thinking and start doing? You want to work out daily and be fit and better every day. Take a deep
breath, clear your mind from all the negativity that stops you from doing.
So, here are some motivations that can take you to the gym by tomorrow to get what you really want
because if that man on Instagram can, why not you? YOU CAN.

Structure your fitness goals

Dr Eddie O'Connor, who is a clinical sports psychologist says, ‘’It’s more important to have a clear picture
of what you want your identity to be. It’s not enough to say that I want to get in shape,” he insists. “I
want to be a healthy person is a more powerful sentiment.”

Being healthy does not mean just working out. It demands a proper diet and avoiding those fries and
burgers that you crave for. Build your stairs that will take you to that destiny. Eating healthy, is one of
them.

Surround yourself with motivation

Remember that friend in college who told you every time that you can’t? If you still have that friend,
avoid him or tell him that you can and you will. You will work out daily no matter how hard your day was
or you have plenty of workload or assignments due.

You need to hang around with people that make you feel capable of reaching your goals. It can be
helpful to write down your goals and motivational quotes where you can see them every day. You may
listen to the motivational speakers, watch videos of athletes working out and follow those pages on
social media that motivate you because positivity and inspiration is what you need every day.

Find a gym buddy

Friends make every place feel like home. Even if it’s your boring 9 to 5 workplace, your friends won’t let
you feel low. Likewise, your gym buddy will help you in being regular and committed so that you can
work hard together to be all fit and sexy.

Make a diet plan

Start your day with a healthy breakfast. For those muscles to pump out and grow, you need lots of
proteins. So, include lots of proteins in your meals. Cut sugar from your diet plan and avoid those pizzas
and burgers. We know, its hard but it takes a lot to be that super fit and handsome guy with those bulky
muscles.
Self-assessment is the key
Analyze yourself every week and questions yourself related what you are up to, how are you doing
better, what are you eating and how long you need to work out daily? Are you regular or are you being
lazy? Honest answers to them will give you a decent analysis of your performance.

Music will help

According to a research, by the North American Association for the Study of Obesity found that those
who listened to music while working out are more likely to be regular than those who didn’t . Music is a
motivation booster. Running on a treadmill with some good music can even make you more pumped up.
You need a gym buddy? Music is surely a good choice.

Snap your workouts, try getting complements

Appreciate your efforts as they will keep you lively and motivated throughout your journey. Everything
gets better when it gets recognition and praise. Taking pictures while working out or those shirtless
snaps that your friends like and they complement you or appreciate you for working hard, it will
certainly boost your confidence and self-worth. Oh! those abs, those cuts and curves, that chest, these
biceps, are some complements and you want them too. So, take pictures when you feel like you are
getting better and be that dashing gym-guy.

Reward yourself
As you achieve those small goals, appreciate yourself. Look in the mirror and say to yourself, ‘’I knew
you could and you did it once again.’’

Reward yourself with anything you like. New shirts, new jogger pants, going out with friends, getting a
new video game or a book. It will motivate you to do more and more without the mere thought of
quitting or giving up.

We all know that every hard task demands constant struggle and working out, staying fit and formed is
without a doubt one of them. Just keep in mind that the rule to achieve any goal is simple,
determination and hard work. So, gear up to be a fitness freak and step out of that comfort zone
because there's something out there that we admire, that may seem difficult but BELIEVE, it isn’t.
