Dear ________,

It has been brought to our notice that you have not been reporting on duty on and
from _________ till date. You have not intimated any reason for your non-reporting.
Kindly note that you will not be entitled to any salary for the period that you are not
reporting on duty.

You are hereby called upon to forthwith intimate to the Company upon receiving
this letter the reason for your non-reporting. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, you
are required to forthwith report on your duties. If you fail to report on duty forthwith
upon the receipt of this letter or fail to intimate the reason of your non-reporting, it
will be presumed that you have voluntarily left the services of the Company.
