The ORION portable liquid test systems are used to pressure test valves, pipes, vessels and other equipment on-site or in-shop. PORTABLE LIQUID TEST SYSTEMS


The Ventil ORION portable Liquid test systems are used for pressure testing valves, pipes, vessels, cylinders,
actuators and all other critical pressure equipment. The high quality ‘plug and play’ test systems are packed in a
robuust carrying case / trolley and are therefore easy to use on-site or in-shop.

The ORION air driven pump, piping, valves and fittings are made of high quality Stainless Steel materials. All components
are fully integrated in the robust carrying case and therefore well protected against damage during transport and the
harsh working conditions on-site. For full operation the ORION test system requires to be connected to shop / utility air
6-7 bar / 100 PSI and to the desired test fluid source. This can be potable water or hydraulic oil reservoir.

The test system is completed with quick coupler connections for the drive air, test fluid, high pressure outlet and the
test fluid release/drain line. The set is standard completed with a high pressure hose for connecting the test system to
the test object. The sequence ‘kill switch’ is installed to make sure that the operator remains with the test system when
the test object is being pressurized. The controls ensures easy and safe operations.
