Madam/Sir:

Greetings!

We are 1st year students from La Consolacion College Manila. We are conducting an outreach activity for
our class, National Training Program. The said outreach aims to:

1. To equip children with basic knowledge about literacy and numeracy.


2. Improve children’s comprehension in reading, writing, vocabulary, ordering, and
matching.
3. Teach children in a new and different learning system implemented by each teacher.
4. To encourage children to love learning.
5.
In line with this, may we request from your good office to allow us to use an area in your barangay to
conduct the outreach activity, mainly for teaching, and may we also request assistance from your
barangay the participation of 24 students or OSY, aged 4-10 years old.

May we also request assistance from your Barangay security officers that may accompany us as we
conduct our outreach activity in your area.
