From: Ammar Iqbal, Sales department.

Title: Report on perfume bottle contains water.

Procedure: I am a long time customer of your company and, I was very upset
when, I recently purchased one of your products only to have it be defective. While
this is a first for me when dealing with your company .I am definitely not happy
about it and would like you to handle this complaint swiftly. Inspected other
bottles in store there were.16 bottles perfume in stock from which 4 looked as if
they had been opened and contained full of water.12 did not look as if they had
been opened. One opened and found it contained genuine perfume.

Finding: All staff in perfume department have been worked for store for many
years, not likely to replace perfume . Actually the possibly bottles were tampered
with before delivery.

Conclusion: I have learned that perfume has made a significant impact on society
during the past and present. In addition, I was surprised to know that some of the
ingredients from perfume were from plants and animals. This turns out to be the
makeup of most of the fragrances that men and women use today in their colognes
and perfume. We replace Mrs. Bellini perfume .She was very good customer and a
apology letter was sent with box of chocolates and flowers.

Suggestion: The staff has to check the products before delivery, quality of
products must be check ,no damages products was delivery to store for sale
purpose. Write the important information about the products for customers, how to
use the products, how to save from damages.
