Boeing 737 PMDG NG and NGX INTRUCTIONS

-DOORS OPEN AND SET DE GATE-

Electrical with ground connections or APU

-Ground (EXT PWR START)

1) Go to FMC and put the flight deck in "Could and Dark" mode

2) Go to the OVH 2.2 and turn on the battery putting it in "ON" mode and close the top

3) Review in the OVH 2.3 the "STAND BY POWER" is in "AUTO" mode

4) Go to OVH 2.2 and turn on CAB/UTIL switch

5) Go to OVH 2.2 and turn on IFE/PASS SEAT

6) Go to the FMC and press "FS ACTIONS" and put the "GROUD CONECTIONS"

7) Go to the OVH 2.4 and put the switch in "ON" mode to permit the electrical pass

8) Go to the lights panel and turn on the "STEADY" light

-Ground (APU START)

1) Go to FMC and put the flight deck in "Could and Dark" mode

2) Go to the OVH 2.2 and turn on the battery putting it in "ON" mode and close the cover

3) Review in the OVH 2.3 the "STAND BY POWER" is in "AUTO" mode

4) Go to OVH 2.2 and turn on CAB/UTIL switch

5) Go to OVH 2.2 and turn on IFE/PASS SEAT

6) Go to the OVH 1.4 and turn on the "FWD 1" fuel pump switch

7) Go to the APU switch and put it in "START" mode and wait in the EGT the needle will go up and go down
again

8) In the OVH 2.4 in the APU GEN part the light "APU GEN OFF BUS" will be turned on in "BLUE COLOR" move
the switches to "ON" position

7) Go to the lights panel and turn on the "STEADY" light

1) Realize a "FIRE TEST" in the pedestal (ENG 1 AND 2, APU and Cargo cellars) (ALARM and EXTINGUISHER
GREEN INDCATION LIGHTS)

2) Realize a "LIGHTS TEST" in the main panel

3) Realize TCAS test

4) Realize GPWS test

5) Realize OVER SPEED test

6) Realize STALL test

7) Realize ATTEND button test

8) Realize TAKE OFF CONFING ALARM test

9) Realize LANDING GEAR INDICATION LIGHTS test in main panel and OVH

10) Realize WARNING LIGHTS test in the main panel

11) Realize CREW OXY PRESURE test in the UPPER OVH

12) Realize FULL FACE OXY MASC OXY PASS test

13) Turn off APU BLEED

14) Go to the OVH 3.4 and put the "FASTEN SEAT BELTS" in "AUTO" position and the "NO SMOKING" in "ON"
position

15) Go to the OVH 3.2 and arm the "EMER EXIT LIGHTS" and close the top

IRS align to navigation

1) Go to the upper OVH 2.4 and put the IRS switches in "ALING" position

2) Go to the FMS and press the "MENU" them "FMC" and "POS INIT" button and put the OACI code of the
Origin airport

3) Go again to the upper OVH 2.4 and put the IRS switches in "NAV POSITION"

4) Go to the FMS and copy the address in "REF AIRPORT" to "SET IRS POS"

FMC Custom

1) Press the button "MENU" and then go to "FS ACTIONS" in the screen to configure the "FUEL" and the
"PAYLOAD"

2) Go to FMC and go to "MENU" - "FMC" and "ROUTE" to put the "ORIGIN" "DESTINATION" "ACTIVE RWY" and
"FLIGHT NUMBER"

3) In the FMC press the "DEP ARR" button and select the RWY and SID in the origin airport

4) Go to "ROUTE" and them press "NEXT PAGE" to put all the flight route just until the START

5) Go again to the "DEP ARR" button and in the destination airport select the "IAC" and the "START"

6) Set TRANCITION POINT and press ROUTE

7) Press in "ACTIVATE" and them in the "EXECUTE" button

8) Go to "INIT REF" to put our COST INDEX, FUEL RECERVES, ZERO FUEL WEIGHT, and CRUISE ALTITUDE

-ZFW (ZERO FUEL WEIGHT) = EMPTY WEIGHT + PAYLOAD PAX, AND CARGO

16)Review the route to repair disconnections in the FMC

1) Go to the OVH 1.1 and put the "YAW DAMPER" switch in "ON" position

2) Go to the OVH 1.4 and turn on the other or all fuel pumps "AFT" 1 and 2, and the FWD 1 and 2 switches

3) Go to the OVH 1.4 and put the "LEFT and the RIGHT" central "FUEL PUMPS" in "ON" position

Windows Heat

1) Go to the OVH 4.2 and turn on the Windows Heat putting the "LEFT and RIGHT SIDE and FWD" switches in
"ON" position and put the "PROBE HEAT" switches in "ON" position too

Them

1) Go to the OVH 4.4 and turn on the "ELEC 1 and ELEC 2 switches

2) In the main panel put the "AUTO BRAKE" in "RTO" position

3) Turn on the "LOGO LIGTH" as required

4) Go to the OVH 5.5 and put the "CRUISE ALTTITUDE" and the "DESTINATION AIRPORT ALTTITUDE"

Auto pilot configuration and NAV freq and RAD

1) Go to the main panel and Turn ON the "A/T" Switch

2) Turn on the "F/D" switch (FIRST PILOT IN COMAND SIDE)

3) Put the "CRUISE ALTTITUDE" in the autopilot "ALT"

4) Put the "MINIMUN SPEED" in the "SPD" in the auto pilot (250 knots)

5) Put the "COURSE OF THE RWY" in the heading

6) Put the course of the rwy in the course

7) Set QNH with ATIS INFORMATION

8) Check winds information to T/O

9) Set MIN ALTITUDE to T/O (1.000 ft)

10) NAV freq as required

11) NAV RAD as required

Before start up engines

1) Turn on the APU

2) Turn on the "ANTI COLLISION" light

3) Go to the OVH 2.4 and turn on the two "APU" switches to keep the plane with electrical PWR

4) Go to the OVH 2.3 and disconnect the "GROUND PWR"

5) Go to the FMC and "CLOSE ALL DOORS" and retire all "GROUND CONECTIONS"

6) Retire the gate

7) Turn on APU BLEED

8) Set TCAS to ALT OFF

PUSH BACK

1) Push back the plane with the FMC or with the P3D tool

Start up Engines

1) Go to the lower OVH and put in the ENGINE CONTROLS the "BOTH" switch in the "RIGHT ENGINE"

2) Them go to the "RIGHT" engine start up switch and put it in "GRD" mode

3) Go to the main panel and review when in the lower screen the N2 be over 25 to turn up the engine "RIGHT
CUTOFF" switch

If EGT doesn`t go up TURN OFF the ENG

4) Go to the lower OVH and put in the ENGINE CONTROLS the "BOTH" switch in the "LEFT ENGINE"

5) Them go to the "left" engine start up switch and put it in "GRD" mode

6) Go to the main panel and review when in the lower screen the N2 be over 25 to turn up the engine "LEFT
CUTOFF" switch

If EGT doesn`t go up TURN OFF the ENG

7) Put the "ENGINE BOTH" switch in the center position

8) Check in the two ENG the N1 in approx 20

The EGT in approx 400

The N2 in approx 60

The FF in approx 30

AIR SYSTEM

1) Go to the OVH 5.3 and put the "L and R ELECTRIC FAN" in "AUTO" mode

2) Put the L and R PACK switches in "AUTO" mode

3) Put the central "ISOLATION VALVE" in "AUTO" mode

4) In OVH 5.2 TURN ON the TRIM AIR

Them

1) Go to the OVH 2.4 and "TURN ON" the "GEN 1 and 2" switches

2) Go to the APU switch and turn it off

3) Go to the OVH 5.3 and turn off the "APU BLEED" Switch

4) Put 5 grades of flaps

5) Go to the left and right engine start up switch and put it in "CONT" mode

6) Check all control surfaces

7) Make recall

BEFORE TAXI CHECK LIST

1) Turn on the "TAXI LIGTHS" and taxi to the RWY

2) Check brakes

BEFORE TAKEOFF CHECK LIST

1) "Turn on" the "taxi lights"

2) "Turn on" the "Landing lights"

3) "Turn on" the "Steady and Strober" Lights

4) IVAP transponder in "CHARLY MODE"

5) TCAS in TA/RA

6) Turn on A/T in main panel

7) Turn on L NAV in main panel

AFTER TAKEOFF CHECK LIST

1) Gear up and 1500 ft over the terrain put it in "OFF" mode

2) Active the "AUTO PILOT", the "SPEED" and put a secure vertical speed in the "V/S"

3) Active the "L NAV"

4) Auto brake in off position

5) Go to the "left and right" engine start up switch and put it in "OFF" mode

6) Turn off the "LANDING LIGHTS" over 12.000 ft

7) Flaps UP as required

8) QNH to standby mode over 18.000 ft

1) Calculate time and distance descending to the nearest VOR before land and start to move the "SPEED" and
the "V/S" as required when be required based in the calculate

Approach

1) Keep reviewing the "V/S"

2) Keep controlling the "SPEED"

3) Press the "VOR LOC" button in the main panel when be near the VOR and RWY (If you have a VOR before
de RWY)

4) Configure the plane to land

1) Set the flaps

2) Landing gear down

3) Set wait point altitude after GO AROUND in AUTO PILOT

4) Go to the "left and right" engine start up switch and put it in "CONT" mode

5) Turn on the "LANDING LIGHTS"

6) Configure the "AUTOBRAKES" as required

7) Press the "APP" button when you be in the correct ILS way (VOR/LOC and G/S in PFD only)

When appear SINGLE CH in PFD the plane is now making AUTO LAND

8) Turn OFF the "A/T" and the "AUTOPILOT" before the contact to land manually

At the gate

1) Taxi lights off

2) Go to the OVH 2.4 and turn on the APU gen Switches

3) Turn off ENG 1 and 2

4) Connect gate

5) Open door

Dismount all systems

1) Go to the FMC and open the necessary doors and put the ground connections

2) Connect the "GRD PWR" and turn off the APU

3) Turn OFF the "ANTICOLLISION" light

4) Put the central "ISOLATION VALVE" in "OPEN" mode

5) Put the L and R PACK switches in "OFF" mode

6) Go to the OVH 5.3 and put the "L and R ELECTRIC FAN" in "OFF" mode

7) Turn off trim air in OVH 5.2

8) Restore the autopilot settings

9) Go to the OVH 4.4 and "TURN OFF" the "ELEC 1" and "ELEC 2" switches

10) Go to the OVH 5.5 and "QUIT" the "CRUISE ALTTITUDE" and the "DESTINATION AIRPORT ALTITUDE"

11) Go to the OVH 4.2 and "TURN OFF" the Windows Heat putting the "LEFT and RIGHT SIDE and FWD"
switches in "OFF" position
and put the "PROBE HEAT" switches in "OFF" position too

12) Go to the OVH 1.4 and put the "LEFT and the RIGHT" central "FUEL PUMPS" in "OFF" position

13) Go to the OVH 1.4 and "TURN OFF" the other or all fuel pumps "AFT" 1 and 2, and the FWD 1 and 2
switches

14) Go to the OVH 1.1 and put the "YAW DAMPER" switch in "OFF" position

15) Go to the upper OVH 2.4 and put the IRS switches in "OFF" position

16) Go to the OVH 3.4 and put the "FASTEN BELTS" In "OFF" position and the "NO SMOKING" in "OFF"
position

17) Go to the OVH 3.2 and disarm the "EMER EXIT LIGHTS" and open the top

18) Go to OVH 2.2 and turn off CAB/UTIL switch

19) Go to OVH 2.2 and turn off IFE/PASS SEAT

20) TCAS to STAND BY mode
