Job security is the probability that an individual will keep their job; a job with a high level of job

security is such that a person with the job would have a small chance of becoming
unemployed.
In reality it may be impossible, but here's what you can do to ensure security inyour job. It's a
fact that no one is indispensable. ... The secret to being successful and secure in a job is to be

Job Security is an assurance that an individual will keep his or her job without the risk of
becoming unemployed. S/he will have continuity in employment and it may be from the terms of
a contract of employment, collective bargaining agreement, or labor legislation that prevents
arbitrary termination.
