5) - 1 .Nurse: Hello, Miss. What Can I Do For You? Patient: I've Been Having Bad Stomachache Lately Nurse: How Long Have You Been Having Them?

The patient has been experiencing stomach pain for about a month, especially after eating dinner and late meals. During an examination, the nurse determines the patient has gastritis from their spicy food habits. The nurse advises adjusting their diet, not eating late, and avoiding spicy foods, and will provide prescribed medication. A second patient has been coughing for 3 weeks without improvement. During an examination of their lungs, the nurse suspects tuberculosis due to the patient's family history and symptoms of coughing with blood. The nurse recommends a full lab examination including blood and sputum samples to confirm the diagnosis of TB and provides a four-drug treatment plan to take for 6 months.

2).

On that Sunday the day I came to the Lunto Paddy Hospital to do the practice, we were escorted by
the campus bus and that was my first experience in practice after I entered college.

The next day was Monday and we were told to gather in the surrender room, arguably the seminar
room and that day I was very nervous, but I believe I could definitely deal with it.

and on that same day we were released to go down to field practice and come in direct contact with
pasian, and it was very anxious and afraid that first day we were determined which practice room and I
could be in the operating room for the first week to the third week and for the first day we were also
introduced to senior brother in the room and the equipment section in the operating room.

a week had passed and I was a little used to the situation, I got a morning, afternoon and night shift, and
I little by little had begun to understand what could be done at the hospital.

During my practice at the Lunto Paddy Hospital, I learned a lot from being scolded by Senior Brother
when I made a mistake and I have started to take medical actions such as installing an IV, installing a
catheter, replacing IV fluids and many others.

3). how to deal with patients who are difficult to control by the way we do the therapeutic approach first
with us building therapeutic communication will be easier for us as nurses to control these patients,
because communication is the most important thing in building patient care.

4). honestly if asked how far the readiness in dealing with patients we will not be able to be ready
because of the great responsibility that we bear when we are around the patient, for example, in
addition to taking medical action we must maintain patient privacy about the disease suffered by the
patient, may be in said the readiness is around 50%, we must be prepared even though we are not fully
prepared.
