I have to submit that the following works have been prepared and

submitted to government vide 3rd cited by the Engineer – in- Chief (R&B) State roads

based on representation of Hon’ble Ex. MLA, Deverkadra Assembly Constituency with

endorsement of Hon’ble minister for Roads and Buildings vide government memo No.

8175/R III (2) 2012 Dated. 23/08/2012 and Hon’ble MK\LA Deverkadra Assembly

Constituency with endorsement of Hon’ble minister for Roads and Buildings vide

government memo No. 1443 of 13/08/2012 and 1444 of 13/08/2012.


1. Widening and Strengthening of Atmakur – Marical road from Km. 3/2 to 6/2 in

Mahabubnagar District.

2. Widening and Strengthening of Wanaparthy – Atmakur road from Km. 21/890 to 24/0

in Mahabubnagar District.

3. Widening and Strengthening of Makthal – Narayanpet road from Km. 0/0 to 7/8 in

Mahabubnagar District.

How ever the government vide reference 4th cited informed that in view of huge

commitments against the BE provision. The proposals are deferred for the present.

Hence I request the Superintending Engineer (R&B) Circle Mahabubnagar to

kindly arrange to address the Engineer – in- Chief (R&B) State Roads to include the

above proposals for the year 2013-14 and to submit the estimate to government under

plan MDR works.

This references is communicated vide reference 2nd cited from CMO to

Principal secretary panchayat raj dept,. The joint secretary vide reference 3rd

cited communicated to E-in-C PR to Superintending Engineer P.R.

Mahabubnagar has forwared all the above references to Superintening

Engineers (R&B) vide as letter no. 77/4023/CMP/2012- 13 dated.

27.11.2013. all the copies of the above references are here with enclosed for

ready reference.

In this connection, I have to submit that

1. Widening and Strengthening of Deverkadra – Kothapally road from Km.

10/0 to 32/4.

This is an R&B Dept. major district road from Km. 0/0 t0 32/4 and is

having single lane BT road and it originates at Km. 23/2 of Mahabubnagar –

Raichur State Highway ( Newly converted national Highway) a

Hon’ble Chief Ministerof Andrapradesh to widen the following roads

2.)Widening and Strengthening of Atmakur – Allipur-Ammapur road from
