lhave known Ms Merolyn Paso for more than three (3) years as a student at Enga College of Nursing
and therefore delighted to write this character reference for her.

Ms. Paso consistently excelled academically throughout the three years of study and is a recipient of
the Sir Theo Foundation scholarship in the 3'd year of the Nursing program. During her course of
study at Enga Nursing College, I have known her to have sober habits and has a very vibrant
personality. She has demonstrated in allthe extra-curricular activities of the college, that she is able
to follow instructions and reliable in many of the school's activities. She is assertive in situations she
is confronted with.

Ms Paso gets along well with everyone. She is caring which is a strong and positive attribute towards
delivering care to all patients that she is entrusted with in the hospitals she has been to during
clinical practicums.

She is a confident young lady who has good communication skills and is always willing to go- the-
6xtra-mile with the responsibilities she is entrusted with, a hard worker throughout her 3 year of
study at Enga College of Nursing. She has strong leadership skills which willtake herfar in the
nursing career.

She graduated on the 25'h of October, 2011 and received her Diploma in General Nursing as well as
the Provisional Registration License to practice as a Nursing Officer.
