Annexure-3 (Revised in July 2019) : Round Stamp of Bank Branch

This document contains a certificate for a bank branch manager to sign verifying key details about a student bank account. The certificate requires the manager to confirm the student's name, their parent's name if the parent is an ex-service member or widow, the student's account and Aadhaar numbers, the bank and branch name, and that the student's Aadhaar number is linked to the account which is operational and KYC compliant without restrictions on the balance. The manager must also sign, apply an official stamp, and date the certificate.
