Special Note : Concern dealer & ZSM will fix the total amount for per DSR incentive.Total incentive will calculate based on
achieved score. But if any DSR fail to achieve minimum 70% score then he won't eligible for monthly incentive.
Clarification

Below 80% achievement of value target won't eligible for KPI.


Achievement more than 98% will get additional 5 point.
Achievement from 80-98% will get proportionate score.

Below 80% achievement of value target won't eligible for KPI.


Achievement more than 98% will get additional 5 point.
Achievement from 80-98% will get proportionate score.
More than 90% achievent is criteria for getting this score.
80% SKU achievement is must for 80% of given model.

45% weekly achievement will get 100% score 40-44% will get
proportionate score. Below 40% weekly memo making won't
consider for incentive.
100% achievement is eligibility score for incentive.
