Part 2: Assignment Question and Case Study


Answer the following questions based on the case study in Figure 1.

a) Define THREE (3) problems facing by TSS Collection.


b) Propose two (2) elicitation techniques that suitable for determining requirements for TSS
Collection E-Shopping. Justify your answer.
c) Determine at least TWO (2) examples of each requirement sources that can be used to
determine requirements for TSS Collection E-Shopping.
d) Design an interview form for determining requirements for TSS Collection E-Shopping. State
to whom the interview form will be used.
e) Design a questionnaire for determining requirements for TSS Collection E-Shopping. State to
whom the questionnaire will be used.
f) Propose a requirement definition statement that contain of FIVE (5) functional requirements
and FIVE (5) non-functional requirements.
