1. The financial position of coca cola is better than Pepsi in Pakistan is because coca cola has more
sales and is a major supplier of soft drinks in restaurants and cafes especially bigger cities in
Pakistan like Lahore and Karachi. So that’s why Coca Cola has been rated higher than Pepsi.

2. The advertising of Coca Cola is better than Pepsi in Pakistan. For the last few coca cola has been
organizing coke fest which is a famous food festival. The coke fest has helped a lot in increasing
sales of Coca Cola Company. The coca cola has been given higher rating because of better
advertising than Pepsi.

3. The market share of Pepsi is better than cola cola because Pepsi owns Lays and now also own
Quaker Oats. Due to this they have large market share than coca cola giving them an edge over
coca cola in this critical success factor.
4. The brand image of coca cola is better than Pepsi because coca cola logo has been not changed
much and they have stick to the original logo for a long time. On the other hand Pepsi has
changed logo a lot of times. Due to which coca cola has strong brand image than Pepsi. Coca has
been rated high in this success factor than Pepsi because of strong brand image.

5. The customer loyalty of coca cola is better than Pepsi because coca cola don’t brand their
products as product, they brand it as the real thing, related to a positive experience. So that’s
why coca cola has been given higher rating than Pepsi in customer loyalty.
