Dear Sir.
Work place efficiency is improved when ventilation matches the interior conditions. Proper
ventilation improves efficiency of the machines, minimizes worker lethargy, loss of concentration
and consequent loss of Productivity. Even in colder weather, effective air circulation improves the
workplace environment.
,( Ventilates from the Top most level of the roof, where condensedair gets accumulated during
both SUMMER AND WINTER.
,( Vents operate on wind energy, irrespective of the direction of wind flow. A gentle breezeat 3
Km/h is enough to operate the ventilator .
,( Tested for resistanceto Leakage during rain and to withstand wind velocity in excessof 160
Km/h.
,( No electricity \ Power backup is required and hence expensive wiring and control switches are
eliminated.
A boon for explosive atmosphere \ chemical plants-
,( Can be easily installed on any type of roof like Asbestos, Aluminum, GI, Coated Steel, Plastic,
even if they are old or weak-
. ,( Environment friendly Product, emits No Noise.
,( Absolutely no maintenance is needed. Fitted with Polymer Derlin Dupont bearings lubricated for
life.
,( Central Government's present policy allows 100% Depreciation on investment in the fIrst year,
as these ventilators operate on Wind Energy.
We are enclosing herewith our Leaflet for you kind perusal. It will be our pleasure to call on you in
person for further discussions, to provide you more details \ clarification.
Thanking and looking forward for the pleasure ofhearing from you,
Yours faithfully,

2. TEST SPECIMEN
~
3. TEST CONDITIONS
The samples were installed on a model roof in the test area and subjected to
a simulated wind velocity which can be varied up to 55 m/s. Water is
introduced into the wind stream at a rate of 2.5 Litres per second. The
sample was subjected to the maximum wind velocity of 55 m/s {198 k.p.h.).
Water is introduced into the wind stream by a spray nozzles system situated
8 m from the wind source.
The ventilator was installed on the model roof which was set at 5° pitch.
~
All four ventilators were tested to conditions as described in AS2428.1 & 2 as
follows:
(a} The wind machine was started and the air stream speed was
adjusted to 16 mls which was maintained for five (5) minutes.
(b) Water was introduced into the air stream at a rate of 2.5 Us.
(c) The wind speed was increased to 55 m/s and maintained for two
(2) minutes.
