Current Address Proof (Utility Bills/Bank Account Statements/etc), In case the permanent
address is different from the Current Address, the proof for both the addresses would be

*Relieving letter clearly indicating that the you have been relieved from duties w.e.f (date
of release clearly mentioned) with no dues outstanding. This should be on the company
letterhead and issued by HR. If Relieving Letter is not available,
we would require an Acceptance of Resignation in original on Company Letter Head which
should clearly state the date of acceptance of resignation, relieving date & should be duly
signed and stamped by immediate supervisor/HR (Name and designation clearly indicated).
Please note that pending the submission of the relieving letter, you will not be confirmed
and would continue to be on probation. Thus it is imperative that you submit the relieving
letter as soon as you can. Please also note that you CANNOT join us till you have the
relieving/acceptance of resignation letter.
