Adequate number of signage requesting the customers to
1 wear Mask and to desist from spitting has been displayed in
the Forecourt area.
Re-usable standard three-ply Masks @ 2 set per staff has
2 been provided to all RO staff.

3 Infra-red Thermometer is available at the outlet for


temperature screening of staff / visiting personnels.

4 Alcohol based Hand sanitizer Dispenser are kept in the sales


room, and at the center of each island.

5 Hand-wash soap is available in the washroom used by the


staff.
Adequate number of movable barricades are available and
6 placed alongside the DU island to ensuring sufficient gap
between the staff and the customer.
Yellow markings have been provided in front of dispensers
7 to ensure that vehicles are not parked too close to each
other / Pump Island/ DUs/ FSMs.

8 All Cashless modes of transaction are fully functional &


available to public
9 Adequate number of POS are available in the forecourt to
maximize non-cash payments.
Cash handling staff at Retail Outlets has been provided re-
10 usable rubber hand gloves.
Process & Behavioural :

Initial training has been imparted to the FSMs, preferably by


11 a medical professional / paramedic, on maintaining proper
hygiene, and taking preventive measures to counter any
possible infections due to Covid19.

12 Sensitization & Feedback sessions are being conducted by


Dealer / Manager at the start of every shift.

All FSMs & forecourt staff are using face mask during fuel
13 transaction process.
Vehicles are being stationed at designated position and
14 adequate social distancing is being maintained during
fuelling process.

15 No Spitting being enforced & Proper hygiene being


maintained in the forecourt area

16 Customers being requested to wear mask during fuel


transaction process.
Cashless transactions are being solicited and encouraged at
17 island
Keypad of POS terminals being cleaned with soft cloth moist
17 with alcohol based hand sanitizers
Touch points / Contact surfaces of all the equipments in use
18 such as Delivery Nozzles, Keypads etc are being wiped
regularly with Alcohol based Sanitizers.

19 Traffic Marshal/ Forecourt supervisor is monitoring traffic


management & Crowding of vehicles is being avoided.

20 FSMs / Cashier/ Airboys are wearing full sleeved uniform to


avoid accidental face touches by bare palms.

21 Aarogya Setu App: Installed and being used, in available


Smartphones of dealer & staff.

Aarogya Setu App: Dealer & staff interacting with customers


22 and other visitors, and urging them to instal+B20l, learn the
functionalities therein and make use Aarogya Setu App for
real-time health safety information/action.
