Projects
General Guidelines

The projects are based on secondary research and should adhere to the following general
guidelines:

be cited
• All the members of the group should be well prepared and thorough with the
entire presentation and any student may be asked to make the presentation.
• Plagiarism in any form will result in the group forfeiting their total marks.

1. The report has to be prepared as a PPT (max 30 slides). The first slide of the PPT should have the
agenda/ structure of the presentation. The last slide of the PPT should list the books/ journals/
reports/ websites – weblinks referred.
2. The PPT should be named as “<Section><Group No>- IB Project”. For example, Group 3 of
Section B will name the document as “B3- IB Project”.
3. The PPT should be uploaded in Moodle on or before 9 am of January 27, 2020.
4. The students are expected to make presentations in the class of the same (groupwise) starting
from January 27, 2020. Duration of presentation : 20-30 minutes

Evaluation: as per Rubrics in course outline for Project – weightage 10 marks

To cover history, objectives, structure, impact analysis, challenges faced, future
directions etc.
4 Multilateral Agencies/ Organisations/ Agreements – IMF & World
Bank, OPEC, OECD, G20
To cover history, objectives, structure, impact analysis, challenges faced, future
directions etc.
5 Global HR Management
6 Global Marketing Management
7 Global Production & Supply Chain Management
8 Emerging Market Study – Nigeria, Egypt & Kenya
9 Emerging Market Study – Columbia, Peru & Chile
10 Emerging Market Study – Vietnam, Philippines & Thailand
All the projects on ‘emerging market study’ should cover the following:
• Macro Economic Data
• Demography
• Environment Analysis - political, legal, economic, social, cultural
• Infrastructure, natural resources and industry scenario
• SWOT Analysis
Based on SWOT analysis, your recommendation/ interpretation on what type
of Indian industry can look at entering the country and under which entry
mode.
