training style. Without training you will be adding fat to your body.

internet or you can make your own diet plan if you want. A teenager having 60 kg
weight need 2200 to 2400 calories a day to gain healthy muscle. There are so
many application on internet where you can keep record of your diet. You can
make diet plan of your own taste for example a boil egg contain 78 calories and a
banana contain 77 to 135 calories.
