Group Work Self Reflection Log

Instructors use different types of assessments for group work. Two examples are a self-reflection log for students to rate their participation and contributions to the group. The second is an evaluation form where students rate how efficiently the group worked together, the level of participation and preparation of group members, and examples of what was learned from both contributing to and receiving from the group. Suggestions for improvements are also solicited.
