GUIDELINES FOR MR. AND MS. KASUROG CARE 2020

A. Over-all Guidelines

1. The candidates must be a bona fide PSBRC CL 2019 – 02 ALPHA – 02 HOTEL, 03 ALPHA – 03 CHARLIE
and 04 ALPHA students.
2. Candidates should have no records of major offenses during his or her entire stay at the Regional
Training Center 5.

3. Each class/company must only have one male and one female representative for the pageant.

4. Top 4 pairs of candidates shall be selected. One pair will be awarded as Mr. and Ms. KASUROG CARE
2020 and the rest will be declared as runners up.

5. Candidates are required to prepare the following attire:

Pictorial: class/company/team sports uniform

Production number: KASUROG CARE Shirt

Casual wear: Their best casual attire

Candidates in their Uniform: (GOA) General Office Attire

Candidates in their Sports Attire: sportswear of their preferred sports

Question and Answer Portion and Awarding of Major Awards: Formal Attire

6. Prior to the pageant day, the candidates will be having a pictorial wearing their class/company
uniform and chosen sports attire.

7. A talent showcase will also be conducted prior to the pageant day.

8. The candidates are required to join the parade / caravan. A 5 points deduction shall be made for
those who miss to participate.

9. The rating of Mr. and Ms. KASUROG CARE is based on individual performance.

9. Points breakdown for each portion of the pageant will be as follows:

A. MINOR AWARDS

1. Mr. & Miss Photogenic


Beauty - 70%
Projection - 30%

2. Best in Talent
Innate Skills - 60%
Stage Presence - 30%
Impact - 10%
3 - 6. Best in Production Outfit,
Best in Sports Wear
Best in Casual Wear
Best in Uniform,
Beauty - 40%
Poise and Bearing - 30%
Stage Presence - 30%

B. MAJOR AWARD

1. 3rd Runner UP
2. 2nd Runner Up
3. 1st Runner Up
4. Mr. and Ms. KASUROG CARE 2020

Beauty - 40%
Intelligence - 40%
Over all Impact – 20%
Total – 100%

NOTE: The minor awards will have NO bearing to the computation of the Mr. &
Ms. KASUROG CARE 2020 title.

10. Judges decisions are final and irrevocable.
