Book Assignment (Emotional Self)

This document contains an exercise for students to reflect on their personal emotional experiences. For each emotion listed, students wrote down what productive and destructive behaviors they engage in when feeling that emotion. They then answered follow up questions about which emotions elicited more productive or destructive behaviors from them personally and whether they are generally more likely to experience positive or negative emotions. The goal of the exercise is to help students become more self-aware of how they deal with emotions on a personal level.
