Dear Sir/Madam;

I am writing this letter to give my highest possible recommendation for Mr. TesfaMichael
Mekonnen Abathun, a post-graduate student in MSc program in Civil Engineering
specialization with Structural Engineering at ArbaMinch University. I have known
TesfaMichael for more than two years. I came to know him very well when he was a student
in my Theory of Elasticity and Finite Element Method courses at graduate level. I am also his
MSc. thesis advisor which was about accessing the accuracy of load-carrying capacity
predictions of Ethiopian standard, compressive force path method and finite element analysis.

TesfaMichael was an excellent student, able to work very well both independently and in team.
He was hard working, delight, and capable of running many activities with great personal
willing and motivation. I had an instant positive impression of his ability, interest and passion
on his field of studies. He completes successfully and timely academic studies and research
work. He accepts and accomplishes duties and responsibilities with at most care and interest.

With this excellent academic credential and all-round professional development, TesfaMichael
has many desirable personal attributes that will undoubtfully serve him well in any career path
on related work.
