Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague):

First of all, I believe that every teacher have different ways of teaching her students and transfer
the idea of the concept in clearly and certain way. However, when I observed Bashair lesson
period it was amazing she begin her lesson by asked the learners what you thought our lesson will
be about and she use different strategies that was helpful. For example, she relate the math
concept with their real life, so this method was interesting because she give them an opportunity
to think and share their ideas and participate with Bashair while she asked them. In addition, I
think teacher always learn new ideas about teaching because there are several methods and
technicians that teacher can use it during her lessons. However, I through I observed Bashair
lesson it was interesting lesson period because she used interesting activities and according to
their levels. Lastly, I realize that when I observed my friend it was important as student teacher
because we can learn from each other new teaching methods that could help us in our lesson
