In Surah an-Nahl:1, Allaah said:
ﻩ ﺠﻠﹸﻮ
ﻌ ﹺ ﺘﺴ
ﺗ ﻪ ﹶﻓﻠﹶﺎ ﺮ ﺍﻟﻠﱠـ ﻣ ﺗﻰٰ ﹶﺃﹶﺃ
The Event (the Hour or the punishment of disbelievers and polytheists or the Islamic laws or
commandments), ordained by Allah will come to pass, so seek not to hasten it.
أَ ْم ُر اللَّـ ِه- means The Event, another name for The Day of Judgment. Allaah said ﻪ ﺍﻟﻠﱠـ ﺮ ﻣ ﺗﻰٰ ﹶﺃ ﹶﺃusing
the past verb ﺃﺗﻰ. The question is, has the Day of Judgment come?
This is where Balaghah comes in. Within yourself, which do you believe most, something that HAS
happened or something that WILL happen yet? Of course, we believe without any shadow of doubt
the thing that HAS happened already, with certainty. Because believing in what has happened
\\\\
becomes more certain than the things that still remains to be seen, Allaah used the past verb because
He wants us to believe on the Day of Judgement with a strong and certain belief AS IF it has already
happened.
3. If the ﻓﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻜﻠﻤﺔis a ﻭwith the condition that ﻻﻡ ﺍﻟﻜﻠﻤﺔ is not from ﺍﳊﹶﻠﻖ ﻑ

Principle No other vowel suits وexcept ضمة. So, if it falls between its 2 of its enemies i.e. فتحة
and كسرة, it is dropped.
