posted is notified to the students. Gmail can also be used for communication, through which alerts are sent relating to new materials,
assignments being posted or release of scores and also for posting comments to a student. Attachments can be made to announcements
and posts to share content like YouTube Videos and files from Google Drive.

Google Form is a free online tool that can be used to create surveys and quizzes. The form when complete in all respects should be shared with
the potential respondents. A shareable link can be generated from the interface key. The person who has created the form is the administrator who
can add other people as collaborators. These collaborators can make suitable changes to the form if permission has been accorded by the
administrator. Depending on the type of survey to be created the form creator can mold scales and other interfaces of the form to make it lively
and interactive.
The information so collected is stored in a spreadsheet form by creating a link between the form and the spreadsheet. This spreadsheet can be
downloaded and retrieved for later usage. In this video lecture, how the form can be created has been demonstrated by taking real examples. The
interface of the responses after data collection and the spreadsheet has also been demonstrated.
