In compliance to the memorandum of RED Gilbert C. Gonzales, dated December 17,


2019, submitted herein is the Annual Accomplishment Report for the CY 2020.

Included in the said report are the activities under regular and co-based fund. The
accomplishments were detailed following the prescribed content and arrangement as per the
above mentioned memorandum. The report also includes detailed narrative on Physical
