Important amendments for UPSC

The Constitution of India under Article 368 of Constitution of India provided the powers of
Parliament to amend the Constitution and its procedures. The Constitution of India is neither flexible
nor rigid enough but it is a synthesis of both. So, under Article 368 provided the powers of
Parliament to amend the Constitution and its procedures but cannot amend those provisions which
form the basic structure of the Constitution.
