Dear Sir,

In accordance with the requirements of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited and
applicable provisions of the Securities Act, 2015, we hereby convey the following information:

“In view of the measures for COVID-19 with regard to prevailing situation and current lockdown by
the authorities the management of D. G. Khan Cement Company Limited (“the Company”) has decided
to temporarily suspend the plant operations at the following plant sites of the Company with immediate
effect.

- Kofli Sattai, Distt, Dera Ghazi Khan.


- Khairpur, Tehsil Kallar Kahar, Distt. Chakwal.

A disclosure form is attached herewith (Annexure “A”).
