Protection Rules of Behaviour
Personal data about you, whether obtained from you, the Agent or any other source, may be used and
held by Accenture (“Accenture”) for the purposes of establishing for the contractor engagement as well as
for general contractor management requirements.
We may collect and process personal data of contractors (collectively, “Personal Data”), including without
limitation your:
Name, home address, telephone number, emergency contact information, that may be necessary
for identification, security and contingency planning purposes;
Age, gender, identity card number (or its equivalent, dependent information, and other
information that may be necessary for the administration;
Education, training, work experience, employment history, performance evaluations, references
and background reports that may be necessary to establish, maintain or terminate the contractual
relationship; and/or
Other information that may be necessary for our legitimate business purposes or as required by
applicable legal requirements.
Those personal data may sometimes include a limited amount of sensitive data provided by you. Your
Personal Data may be used for the following purposes (collectively, “Purpose”):
Accenture may, if deemed appropriate for the above stated purposes, share your personal data with
another department or office within the worldwide organisation of Accenture or its affiliates which may be
located anywhere in the world where Accenture’s worldwide organisation does business from time to
time.
We and our authorized representatives or agents may preserve, monitor, access, duplicate and/or
examine records, documents and other information, including e-mail correspondence, sales workforce
call notes, internet log files, security badge-reader data, and similar data, residing on our networks,
computers, and other electronic devices used by contractor staff. Some of these materials may contain
Personal Data relating to you. We will only do so where there are reasons for doing so, including
situations where we must protect our legal rights and interests, investigate suspected violations of law or
internal policies, or respond to valid law enforcement requests, and only where and in the manner
permitted by law. We will apply due care to ensure that our efforts are targeted and proportionate, and will
try to exclude, to the greatest extent practicable, irrelevant materials or information.
As a contractor, Accenture does not employ you. Nevertheless, Accenture may retain personal data
about you (whether obtained from you, the Agent or any other source) for a limited period, for example if

a suitable position becomes available at a later date or if you apply to Accenture again in the future, as
well as for more general management and research purposes.
You acknowledge that you have read and understand this Data Privacy Consent, and that by signing
below, you hereby agree that Accenture may process personal data relating to you for the purposes
detailed above, and in accordance with Accenture’s Data Privacy Policy 90. The ways in which Accenture
collects and uses personal data is regulated by Accenture’s Data Privacy Policy 90 and the policy also
sets out your rights in relation to personal data held about you. A copy of the policy is available on
request.
In addition, you confirm that if you are engaged on an Accenture assignment, you will treat any personal
data to which you have access during the course of your contract in accordance with Accenture’s Data
Privacy Policy 90 and any other relevant Accenture policies and procedures. In particular, you will not
use, copy or disclose any such data other than in connection with and to the extent necessary for the
purposes of the contract.
