PROJECT ENGINEERING

ENERCON INITIATIVES

ADMINISTRATIVE

A project engineer shall be assigned as enercon lead person for the day. He will
ensure that all enercon initiatives is put into practice.

LIGHTING

1. Turn off lights during lunch break.


2. During overtime turn off lights at areas where there is no occupants off when not
in use.
3. Desk lamps shall be turned off when not in use.

ELECTRIC WATER DISPENSER

1. Turn off electric water dispenser at least one hour before knock-off.

ROOM AIRCON

1. Turn off room air conditioners during lunch break.


2. Turn off the window aircon unit one hour before knock off.
3. Turn off the split-type aircon 30 minutes before knock off.
4. Only one unit room aircon shall be turned on when there are only four personnel
or less on duty.

COMPUTERS AND PERIPHERALS

1. All computers and peripherals shall be shutdown before closing the office.
