Thank you very much for your order. Generally it take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks
to get an order processed with Oracle. In order to ensure you are up and running today,
please find a 30 day temp license in the download package to tie you over until then.
When you receive the new license number… just plug it in and you are set.

STEP 1
PLEASE DOWNLOAD YOUR CRYSTAL BALL
SOFTWARE USING THE FOLLOWING LINKS:
Oracle Crystal Ball 11.1.2.4 - 32 bit
Oracle Crystal Ball 11.1.2.4 - 64 bit

Should i use 32 bit or 64 bit?

STEP 2
WHAT HAPPENS IF I INSTALL
THE WRONG VERSION?
If you install the wrong version, Crystal Ball will pop up a message saying Excel is
not installed. If this happens:

1. Please note if it is a 32bit or 64 bit install (http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/excel-

2. Uninstall your current version of CB and;
3. Install the other.
