2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years from now ?
As a fresher, I am assuming my first five years will be a huge learning curve. I want to absorb much of the industry
knowledge and also to sharpen my technical skills. In next five years I will see myself playing various roles in the
team from a developer to leading a team.

3. Have you been in some challenging situation ? Explain how you handled it ?
Yes, I have been in a challenging situation. I had many pending works which had to be completed within a day. But ,I
prioritised the work accordingly and completed with determination.

4. Why should we hire you ? 


I have had some internships and industry exposure. So being a fresher, it will still be easier for me to adapt in the new
environment, which significantly lessen my training cost.

5. Are you flexible with timings (if have to work in shift) ? 


Yes ,sir. I am capable to work in any shift.

1. Why do you want to work for us? 
Working for an organisation, which has won best employer award multiple times,in itself is a motivating factor. But
more importantly, I would like to start off my career at a place, which values ethical practices and encourages overall
development of a person.

2. What is one thing that you like about our company?


The best thing apart from work is the facilities provided to the employees is pretty helpful and more than anything
else it gives a very good work-life balance

3. What are your expectations from your first job?


My expectations for the company would be to provide a work environment in which I can contribute to the team, I
receive appreciation for my contributions, I have job stability and the ability to grow with the company.

4. Do you have a referral in this company?


No sir,I do not have any referral in this company .

5. Are you ready to relocate if you get to work in other state?


Yes , definitely sir.

The current news which is petrifying the entire world is COVID-19 crisis. This almost sucked the lives of 2-3 lakhs
people in the world. The economy status have drastically reduced due to lockdown in various places.

4. Who is the most inspiring person in your life?


My greatest inspiration is my dad. He has always thought me not to worry about my weakness and take most
advantage of my strengths. This has developed a lot of confidence in me during difficult times.

5. Do you wish to pursue higher education?


At present, I would like to work and be a financial support to my family. In future, I would like to pursue higher
education to acquire higher position in the company.
