Instructions For Regular Students To Fill The Registration Form
1. Filling of Registration Form is compulsory for all Regular students. The registration application
will be available for students w.e.f. 14th Feb. to 24th Feb 2020.
2. Click on the link “Registration form for Regular Students” available on the official website www.
himtu.ac.in
3. Select “Student login” and the click on “New Registration” tab.
4. Being a single time registration, kindly fill all the information carefully, the captured registration
data will be used in HPTU portal for filling examinations, re-evaluation etc form. and for post
examination processes.
5. The entry of the fields Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Registration Number, Date of
Registration, Date of joining in the Institution, College name must be same as printed on
Registration Card issued by the H.P. Technical University. Migrated students must fill/select the
College where he/she is getting regular study currently.
6. Students are advised to create their NAD ID which is essential for online degree/academic
document’s verification. You may register on NAD using the Link
https://nad.ndml.in/NAD/newStudentRegistrationScreen.html and may create your NAD ID.
7. Use your authenticated Mobile Number & e-mail ID for the registration and it must be unique.
Due to one time registration, student must retain the system generated credentials for future
login for filling examination, re-evaluation form etc.
8. Upload your latest scanned coloured photograph file upto of size 50kb with white background
and scanned signatures marked with black ink file size upto of 30kb. Photo & Signature must be
clearly visible and must be in *.JPEG/*.JPG format. Uploaded Photo and signature will be
used in pre and post examination processes i.e examination form, Admit Card, cutlists, Degree
etc.
9. On final submission of Registration form, you will not be able to edit any entry. After final
submission, the link for verification of email will be sent on your registered email ID. Verify the
email on clicking the link. Verification of email’s message and credential created against your
account will be delivered to the registered email ID. Keep the system generated credentials for
future login. Login again to print the confirmation page and submit the printed copy in your
institution well before 24th Feb.2020 for the further verification of records by the concerned
institution. If any error is noticed in the confirmation page, you may intimate it to the head of the
concerned institution to rectify the entry at College level. No entry will be edited at University
level.
Instructions for College
1. Encourage the regular students to fill the Registration Form on or before 24th Feb. 2020.
2. The college may verify the regular students records w.e.f. 25th Feb to 28th Feb,2020.
3. Click on the link http://hptu.indiaresults.com/login.aspx or Click on the link “Registration Form
for Regular Students”.
4. Select “College login” from login page.
5. Use your previous college credentials to login in the College Admin Panel. You may collect the
college credential by sending the request through your official email ID on the email
[email protected].
6. The college may fill the registration form of the students, email ID and mobile number must be
unique and it must be of the concerned student.
7. Under “Registration” Tab click on “registration List” to get the course-wise & branch-wise list of
the registered students.
8. Filter the list as per your convenience and click on “Action” tab to view /edit/ verify the records.
It may be ensured before final submission, that all the entries made in the form are authenticated.
Photo and signature must be clearly visible, which will be used in all pre and post examination
processes. Before verify the records, the concerned college must click on “Edit” Button to edit
the record and to select checkboxes (except gap affidavit, select if it is applicable) & final submit
the records by clicking on “Final Submit” Button. Verify the record by clicking on the “Verify”
Button.
9. The verified records will appear in the “Verify List” Tab where the institution may Un-verify the
record(s) or Final Submit the records.
10. Make sure that all the regular students of your institution have filled the registration form and all
the records have been verified by the institution. The regular students who have not filled the
registration forms or the forms have not been verified by the concerned institutions will not be
able to fill the examination form. Hence it may be ensured that all the students have filled the
registration form and same has been verified by the concerned institution. Take the printout of
Course-wise, Semester-wise, Branch-wise list of regular students, duly signed by the head of the
concerned institution must be reached in the University on or before 3-3-2020 positively through
