PRODUCTION

Our Partner uses 100% DOD lithium-ion battery cells of American,


German and Korean origin, which it sources from its original
manufacturer. All of the battery cells are transferred to production
after approval from quality control tests. State-of-the-art punting used
on the production line process reliability and cost with soldering
machines optimization is provided. Our battery management circuits
are produced and tested untouched complete automatic SMD
typesetting lines. Battery mounting operations, complete ESD
protection it is carried out in dust-free environments within our
production areas where measures have been taken. Clothes of our
production staff and used all tools and equipment are also equipped
with ESD protection, providing maximum protection for battery
management circuits.

OUR PARTNER QUALITY CONTROL


Batteries and materials that are sourced from reliable manufacturers,
firstly taken into an input quality process, and transferred to
production. Unsuitable products are registered and if necessary,
these products resent to the base companies. Products that still in
production are subjected to interim checks before they reach the next
workstation. Completed products reaches the quality control unit, and
they subject into control tests. Capacity tests, charge tests, voltage
measurement tests, high current tests, communication tests and
visual control tests specified in IEC Standards are applied to all
batteries to be shipped as final products. Products with serial and
model numbers registered are shipped in reliable containers.
