Tagum City Police Station

1) A shooting incident occurred on July 17, 2019 at 3:34pm in Union Village, Brgy. Mankilam, Tagum City Davao Del Norte between Marquez N. Solibio and Philip O. Montes. 2) When first responders arrived, Mr. Montes was already near death and was brought to the hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival. The suspect, Marquez N. Solibio, had fled the scene and is being chased by authorities. 3) At the crime scene, responders discovered the firearm used and 3 shell casings inside the victim's dwelling. RESULT TO DEATH OF re PHILIP O. MONTES

DATE : July 17, 2019

1. On July 17, 2019, 3:34 pm at Union Village, Brgy. Mankilam, Tagum City
Davao Del Norte. A shooting incident conspired between one Marquez N. Solibio
and one Philip O. Montes. As the first responder arrive, Mr. Montes is already on the
verge of dying and was immediately brought to the nearest hospital but already
considered dead on arrival, however, the suspect wasn’t found on the vicinity and
still under chased by the authority for custodial investigation.
2. On the body of crime, the used firearm was discovered and 3 shells inside
the dwelling of the victim. According to the witnesses, the suspect was furiously
rushing to the house of the victim while shouting fouls words and the next happen
was the loud multiple gun shots. As of the moment, the investigation still on
progress.
